Abdullah Ibrahim Al Mulla leads the firm with extensive legal and administrative expertise. He is a licensed and seasoned lawyer with full rights of audience before all courts in the United Arab Emirates. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the American University in the Emirates (2014) and began his legal career with a strong foundation, working at the Ministry of Interior in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (2009–2015).
Abdullah played a key role in establishing and managing prominent legal entities, most notably serving as Managing Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Azza Ibrahim Hassan Advocates and Legal Consultants LLC (2015–2022), one of the leading law firms in the UAE.
His practical expertise spans litigation and arbitration across various fields, including civil, commercial, criminal, and tax law. He also provides specialized legal advice in areas such as commercial arbitration, corporate law, intellectual property, labor law, contract drafting, corporate restructuring (public and private), and wealth management for family offices.
Abdullah is responsible for the firm’s overall legal and strategic management. He is committed to ongoing professional development for himself and his team by actively participating in training programs and legal workshops to stay up to date with legislative developments.
