Ahmed HUsam is a professional Legal Associate, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a “Good” grade from Benha University, class of 2021. He has gained growing practical experience through his work in both the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates.
At the firm, his role focuses on conducting in-depth legal research to support lawyers and legal advisors across a range of cases, by studying local and international laws and analyzing relevant legal standards and precedents. He also contributes to the drafting and preparation of legal contracts and agreements under supervision, ensuring their compliance with applicable legal frameworks.
Ahmed has a solid understanding of the judicial system in Dubai (including Dubai Courts and the Rental Disputes Center), as well as the federal system and the Abu Dhabi judicial system. He is familiar with procedures for filing reports and complaints at police stations, as well as the Civil Procedure Law. Through his strong research skills, Ahmed provides essential support to the legal team, helping to identify the legal foundations of ongoing cases and enhancing the firm’s ability to deliver accurate and well-informed legal services.
