Administrative Director and Head of Litigation
Mahmoud Ibrahim combines legal expertise with high administrative efficiency. He currently holds the position of Administrative Director of the office and Head of the Litigation Department. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Cairo University in 2005 and began his professional career as a legal advisor at the office of Professor Dr. Jaber Gad Nassar, former President of Cairo University. There, he gained experience in reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.
Mahmoud’s experience spans over 18 years, during which he spent 13 years as the Administrative Director of his own law firm in the Sultanate of Oman. During this time, he managed operational activities and staff, supervised legal research, and provided consultancy to clients on commercial transactions, legal liabilities, and case feasibility assessments.
In his current role, Mahmoud efficiently oversees all aspects of litigation cases, from communication with Dubai courts and other judicial bodies to ensuring quality legal representation, risk assessment, and smooth case management. He is also responsible for the office’s daily operational activities and contributes to the development of overall strategies. Mr. Mahmoud maintains an extensive network of local and international legal contacts, which supports the office’s ability to stay updated on developments and effectively meet the current and future needs of clients.
